Warm up: row 5min, 10 push up, 20 walking lunges, hip mobility circuit x10, shoulder mobility x10.

Str: 3 sets amrap Ring Dips

WOD: 12 thrusters, 50 push ups, 9 deadlift, 50 air squats, 6 hang cleans, 50 situps, 3 squat cleans, 50 jumping pull up.
