you get what you wish for.

thank you 9am ladies for being awesome.  you set the tone for this work out.  i was very proud of all you guys.  For an active recovery workout this was pretty tough!

ball slam
situp
plank hold
10m suicide
1 min rest.

do this 5 rounds! 

Tomorrow is friday so... buckle up!
