Boom, shake shake the room!

5-4-3-2-1 of

muscle ups
power clean
front squat
push press
back squat.

Do five muscle ups, then the barbell complex 5 times.  Do four muscle ups, then 4 barbell complex etc...

The workout tomorrow will be epic.  Bring your big boy pants and man hands.
