Early for monday

It is going to be super cold all week... so come prepared.  I would like all of you to weigh in tomorrow.  Lets sets some goals and smash em!

Warm up: 50 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, then squat work, 10 air squat, 10 front squat, 10 OHS (three rounds) use "some" weight.
STR: 3x5 close grip bench press or hand stand push up practice

WOD: 30:30 (30 seconds or work 30 seconds of rest) 5 rounds of each.
push up
sprints or burpees depending on room available.
