Run 200m, 10 lunges, 20kbs, 10 situps 3rounds.

STR: shoulder press 3x5

10 Rounds for time:
10 KB Cleans M:24kg F:16kg
10 Toes to Bar
10 Jumping Squats
Shuttle Run (60 ft total)

On the cleans, do 5 per arm.
