travel wod: 2min of jumping rope, 20 situp, 20 jump lunges (10-per leg). 3 rounds

Hey man, you probably have no idea who I am but I'm Robert Laughlin's friend from Texas, Michael Ewing. He showed me your blog and I've been following it for the past few days and really like what you guys are doing. I have a request though... if it's not too much trouble could you be as thorough as possible for each days warmup and WOD that you guys do in the gym in Hattiesburg. Also, if you could post each workout the night before it would help me out HUGE because I lift at 8am everyday, that way I can write it down the night before and just roll the next morning. Thanks either way man.

Just follow the blog 1 day behind. For most of the movements, if you are confused with form/abbreviations/rep scheme... consult Google... should answer any if not all questions.
