Warm UP:
3 rounds of- run a down and back sprint, 5 burpee, 5 shoulder press, 5 pvc pass thrus (shoulder circles will be a good sub, do a lot of em), 5 back ext.
No Str today due to the volume of the wod
WOD: ANGIE
100 pull up
100 push up
100 situp
100 squats
Can't break up the 100. Gotta do all of the pull ups before moving on etc...
