warm up of the week

str: ring push up 3x10 and ab mat sit up 3x20

workout: 1000m row, 50 thrusters, 30 pull ups.  Can you go sub 6?

If you plan on attending the gym this saturday, we will be open from 9-11am.  We are going out to support the Eagles and think you should to!
