workout: chipper
30 db squat clean
30 burpees
30 double unders
500m row
30 pull ups
30 push press
30 double unders
30 ring rows

Workout for today:

Max rounds plus reps in 12 minutes of:
7 Hang power snatch
12 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
12 toes to bar (sub any ab movement)
