Amrap 12min of:
Power Cleans x 3 reps
Push-Ups x 6 reps
24″/18″ Box Jumps x 9 reps

Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then:

Part Two: Teams of 2
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Pull-Ups x 5 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
