This month makes my 2 year anniversary at VSC
- What is your favorite movement, what's your least favorite?
I love the Deadlift and I hate running. Can Murph be a least favorite movement?
- What achievement in the gym are you most proud of?
Hitting that 400# deadlift was pretty defining for me. I'm the most proud of how far I've come strength-wise. Believe it or not, I wasn't very strong to begin with coming in the gym. Looking back on it, I'm floored at how far my numbers have risen in the 2 years I've been here.
- What's your current performance goal?
I think this has constantly changed, and probably will constantly change. I want to be strong as an ox and fast as a gazelle... but then again, who doesn't!? In my opinion, it allows you to go through phases of getting better at one thing or another without sacrificing being good in a general way. Right now I've found myself coming back to the basics: Being good at body weight movements like: pushups, pullups, situps, etc. and being able to have endurance through the long workouts.

since the first week of January... i don't count my intermittent weeks or workouts and cheating in November and December :)
- What is your favorite movement? Least favorite?
favorite is deadlift and least is RUNNING!
- What achievement at the gym are you most proud?
I'm most proud of toning up and losing weight all while increasing my PR's (personal records)
- What is your current performance goal?
Hmmmm,
that's a toughy. There are still many skills that I want to master
while still staying polished on the skills I have already earned! But I
guess I would say increase my running endurance and achieve faster
times
